Fundamental research

As an academic research institute, the Smart City Institute (SCI) develops its expertise through fundamental research. 

 

On the basis of a whole range of key themes, the SCI studies sustainable and smart transition issues in our territories and publish scientific articles in high-quality peer-reviewed journals (Cities, Journal of Cleaner Production, Technological Forecasting and Social Change or Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal).

In addition to its scientific articles , since 2019 the SCI has also been publishing research reports  that aim to provide an academic perspective on more practical issues. Find below all the articles and scientific reports of the Smart City Institute.
