Mobility : 2 new video capsules to discover

imgActu

Meet the Smart City Institute's mobility expert, Audrey Lebas, in 2 new didactic capsules to explore the subjects of multimodality, intermodality and the environment (and more specifically, the impact of our mobility on it).

These 2 new video capsules (in French) aim to provide new sources of information and support for municipalities and cities wishing to implement a sustainable and smart mobility policy on their territory. These 2 capsules reinforce the tools on the subject already developed by the Smart City Institute, as Wallonia's academic Smart Region referent, notably: the Smart City practical handbook #4 dedicated to tomorrow's mobility, the report "Mobility as a Service (MaaS) - Exploratory study on governance and project management in Belgium" or the report "Austin's Mobility Strategy: Focus on Smart Mobility and Vision Zero"

The capsules

Mobility and environment

This 1st capsule dedicated to the impact of mobility on the environment provides an overview of 3 solutions for rethinking the way we travel in our territories, and reducing its undesirable effects.

Smart Mobility: Multimodality and intermodality

This second capsule looks at the concepts of multimodality and intermodality: what types of mobility do these 2 terms imply, and how can we encourage their adoption in our territories to support a transition towards more sustainable and smart mobility?
