Then this training course is for you!

Change Management

Attention: Registrations closed !

Indeed, the transformation towards a more sustainable and smart city is complex, because change involves multiple actors, skills and wills. So, how can we make these changes accepted and involve all the actors concerned so that they adhere to them ? For one day, the Smart City Institute team proposes to address these questions to help you in positioning yourself as a leader of change in your organisation, to successfully carry out your innovation projects.

A tailor-made day

Based on the challenges in the field, this training will cover the following topics in particular:

  • Polyphonic management: a change management approach;
  • The identification and involvement of stakeholders in your change process, in a co-creation logic;
  • The identification and management of cross-cutting issues encountered;
  • The communication to be favoured for your projects;
  • The added value that Quick Wins can represent;
  • Etc.

The training, both conceptual and practical, will be enriched with concrete examples of recently implemented projects related to the Smart Cities theme. Thanks to their presentations, our speakers coming from various backgrounds will come :

  • bring you their perspective on how to manage and implement your projects driving change;
  • present the lessons learned from the difficulties encountered in the implementation of their own Smart City projects;
  • offer you testimonials that will serve as real practical cases to highlight the key concepts and tools studied upstream.

The advantages of this training

  • A balanced mix of academic content (given by Olivier Lisein, Professor of Change Management at HEC Liège and Research Fellow at LENTIC) and field testimonials;
  • A real space for exchange between participants and trainers;
  • A meeting place for peers;
  • A modest cost to allow everyone to participate.
  • A compact programme in a single day to allow you to keep flexibility in planning.
