Biography
After getting her master's degree in Business Engineering at HEC Liège, Cécile has joined the Smart City Institute in 2018. Ever since, she is in charge of different missions among which the assistantship of Professor Nathalie Crutzen and the implementation of the Institute's Executive Education Program. She also works in a more transervsal way for the strategy of the Institute.
